Welcome!  Since childhood, I have had a fascination with anything mystical and spiritual. Growing up, that fascination took me on a healing journey, with Reiki being at the forefront of my journey. The word reiki translates into Rei, meaning universal, and Ki, meaning life force energy. Oftentimes our own life force energy can become “stuck” due to chronic illness, stress, anxiety, and other factors. Reiki gently helps to shift energy, remove emotional blockages, and even promote physical healing. It’s amazing! Reiki works in conjunction with all other forms of healing.

Our mind, body, and soul are all connected. Experiencing emotional trauma, be it past or present, will often present itself physically. If not treated, it can interfere with daily life.
